Can we trust your charters as safe for young children?
Yes, absolutely. We schedule routine inspections on all our buses to make sure seatbelts are in place. Our drivers, before they are hired, go through a mandatory background check. We take every possible step to provide you with a smooth, secure ride.
Can we set multiple pick-up locations?
Yes, with us, it is possible. We work to offer customer satisfaction, which is why we plan our timings according to yours. From early morning pick-ups to late-night drop-offs, we will plan according to your requirements.
How early should we book your services?
Discussing your plan with us, at least three or four weeks in advance, helps. This is most important during the peak seasons of spring and fall. It allows us to assure you of our availability and plan accordingly. If needed, we can also customize the trip based on your needs.
Do you have special discounts for larger groups?
Consulting with our team will help you get more detailed information. However, to answer this question, we do offer a discount for larger groups who may need more than one bus for the field trip.
Can students carry snacks on your bus?
Yes, there is no harm in carrying food. The only request we make is to keep the interiors clean, but please refrain from leaving a mess with crumbles or empty packets. Preparing your students for a clean and safe ride should be teachers’ priority before setting foot on board.
What to do if a student forgets to collect their belongings while dropping off?
There is no need to worry about it. Reach out to our team at the earliest opportunity. We have a separate Lost & Found department in place to tackle such issues. We will give our best to locate the item and return it to you.
Do you offer free rides for chaperones?
Our buses have pre-planned seating for teachers and chaperones. However, we would suggest that you provide us with definite numbers when booking our service. It helps us plan better and provide you with a smooth experience.
What solution do you offer if, by any chance, the weather turns bad on the trip day?
To us, your safety is important. We are open to rescheduling the trip if the weather is not safe for driving. Our team will reach out to you and find the best solution that works for you.
