Do we need to book for specific events, or do you offer a package?
Our shuttle buses are available for both individual and multiple events. Whether you want us to plan specific buses for a single event or a customized wedding transportation package, we will thoughtfully arrange it.
Do you allow decorations on your vehicle?
Of course, you can decorate our buses. However, we do not encourage heavy decorations that may cover clear sight from the windows or exits. You can customize your decor with minimal yet classy accessories, such as ribbons, signs, and flowers.
Can we plan multiple halts between venues?
Why not? Just let us know in advance so that we can plan the pick-ups, stops and drop-offs. We will customize the routes and transportation to make sure your big celebration goes as smoothly as possible.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
The decision for this query is not totally in our hands. We have to review the local laws and permits before we can promise you anything. All your requirements will be reviewed and responded to so that you do not have to stress in the final hours.
How far in advance should we book your services?
Booking our service two or three months prior to the event allows us to stay ahead of any hurdles that may occur in peak seasons. When you book early, you get more shuttle bus options and can plan everything clearly.
Are your pick-ups and drop-offs flexible?
Absolutely! However, we appreciate you informing us about the location, route, date and timings in advance. We plan our itinerary according to your needs. Our only goal is to drop your guests at the right venue at the right time.
Can guests leave their belongings on board while attending events?
Sure, why not? Our drivers stay in and guard the belongings while guests enjoy the celebration. However, we’d suggest not leaving valuables on board. Make sure they carry their phones, wallets, purses, jewelry, etc. with them.
Is it okay if there are unexpected delays?
We understand that every event faces minor changes from the usual planning. Our itineraries are always planned considering the buffers. However, if you expect to get way behind your schedule, you may have to pay additional charges.
